Rettsyndrome.org who is paying would never go for that. Plus it would be listed on the clinical trials website if it is an authorized trial.

Just the news that the trial has been accepted by FDA will considerably move the stock price.

Nyet. I may be wrong but I believe Anavex and the Rett foundation need to inform the public when the trials are about to start. Certainly when the FDA accepts the protocol it becomes a public document. There is no way to keep it secret.

It is 100% illegal. I am not sure what your point is. Interim results of the current AD trial are not a material event...they are not required.

Dont know enough about trial laws so dont know if its illegal. I do think the Retts Foundation would disclose the trial so I think the possibility of this is very,very low.
