The reason this hasn't happened:

I now believe if it was actually as good as proclaimed by a few on this board it would have been scooped up by a p&g or jnj. But it hasn't.

is that they still have to get full clearance.

the "partial clearance" given by the FDA is a joke as it just isnt practical but the legality stops anyone doing major promotion and even stocking on shelves with a risk that FDA comes along and say "Mrs Green bought one and put on her back - stop selling please".

FDA needs to use the real world data submitted and clear it for general use NOW. Biel needs to find out why Oxford has taken so long or get some one else to do a double blind study its not that hard.

in the mean time get a cheap radio and tv commercial running in local markets to start getting the word out. A Dr Oz slot would of course be great. These can just talk knee and foot.

Where is the Dr Scholls deal anyway?
