Company will receive 100k from Hypgen as well as 15m shares of Hypgen common stock. Read the filings. Yes it is true that have have no revenue because they are still in trials. But since when did a biotech need to beaking money to surpass $1? This is the stock market my friend. A biotech on the right path, its potential is it's worth.
