It does not add up. We can go on about the all so foreseeable "demise" but does not take the math, it's not the same as other stocks. No diluting. Why would they lie about s/s when they had no shares to sell, no a/s increase and they spent a lot of $ on getting current? Why would they even try with no shares to sell. The only explanation would be they were wanting the CE removal and then increase the a/s to dilute. We don't know.
