Ok, I am willing to buy that. On a Likert Scale where does this PGPM case fall in the realm of Novelty and Creativity of theft through deception? 1 being the least novel or creative and 10 being the highest. And can you cite an example of a more elaborate scam on the OTC penny arcade.
