Pql I am confused now. Why are we only getting 2% and John 98%. I haven't seen this in any other company. 2% of how many shares? It looks like were deadlocked. It we only have 2 or 3m shares these can be bought up in a day or two. It can swing from one end to the next in a day. I understand what was being said to me now about the 2%. I guess there is little room for shorting or nss. It will be easy to keep track of these huh? hahahaha

Not going to repeat my prior posts as I said I'm no basher. However, I did outline my theories of liability, which differ from a couple of posts I've seen here.

If a party is issuing shares to himself and dumping, all the while PR's are being issued that claim, no r/s, share buyback, significant assets, and millions in revenues, there are serious questions in my mind as to whether or not a buyer is excused from liability just because a transaction is routed through a broker or an intermediary. That buyer would likely have the right to be indemnified by his seller, but that doesn't necessarily eliminate liability to shareholders.

It's a developing area of law and the facts and circumstances would control.

Again, just an opinion,nothing more.

Good luck longs here.
