Not going to repeat my prior posts as I said I'm no basher. However, I did outline my theories of liability, which differ from a couple of posts I've seen here.

If a party is issuing shares to himself and dumping, all the while PR's are being issued that claim, no r/s, share buyback, significant assets, and millions in revenues, there are serious questions in my mind as to whether or not a buyer is excused from liability just because a transaction is routed through a broker or an intermediary. That buyer would likely have the right to be indemnified by his seller, but that doesn't necessarily eliminate liability to shareholders.

It's a developing area of law and the facts and circumstances would control.

Again, just an opinion,nothing more.
