The need to offer treatment free of charge is the killer for NWBO. This is not a $.10 pill and those who agreed to this knew this when they agreed to this language. They are in the process of trying to create alternatives around this clause with a different approach so as to make more expensive treatments available sooner without creating undo hardship on companies if and when demand prior to marketing authorization outstrips ability to supply.
