The need to offer treatment free of charge is the killer for NWBO. This is not a $.10 pill and those who agreed to this knew this when they agreed to this language. They are in the process of trying to create alternatives around this clause with a different approach so as to make more expensive treatments available sooner without creating undo hardship on companies if and when demand prior to marketing authorization outstrips ability to supply. Anyone have an update in regard to progress in this area? Best wishes.
