However, the SEC already made their decision. DBMM needs to decide whether they want to accept revocation and just get slapped on the wrist, or if they want to fight it where then the SEC mandates revocation, and DBMM officers can never have their name on a public entity for life. <---It's one of the 2.

For some unknown reason you seem to believe that the SEC is going to reverse a 12k suspension. The SEC made no mistake. If this was an Asher issue, that be a discussion. However, the SEC was clear for the reason for suspension. That is non-filer. That means REVOKED!! "Hope" is not going to save DBMM from being revoked. It is protocol

I did a LOT of reading on “Summary Disposition” which Judge allowed in case of DBMM.

As per my DD from below links, IMO, it looks like DBMM is going OTC Current VERY SOON.
