when DBMM is revoked on or before 8/9. You will NOT hearing another thing. There is no review to decide to revoke. There is no review to arrive at some unknown decision. DBMM is in boilerplate territory. There are no results to a summary disposition. It is merely the order. We already know that there is be a final order citing revocation due to failure to comply. Whatever useless tidbits, DBMM legal bores the judge with, will be included in this order.
On or before August 9th, all remaining DBMM shareholders will have a cusip # in their account (rather than a ticker) showing a value of $0.00. (Ticker is deleted after a stock is revoked. You won't even find DBMM in an OTC markets search. It will be as if it never existed).
When are we expected to hear about this summary disposition? And when does this all end?
