Quick question for all: Does anyone here believe that the SEC will do anything against all the innocent VGTL shareholders (such as cancel all our common shares or downgrade our stock VGTL to the OTC GreySheet market) though the CEO and management should be in the jail forever?

Anyway the "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" status (see the link below) is the only risk I can think of now!

The Previous CEO ("Ed Durante") was no longer with VGTL since many years ago! The New CEO is "Neil Fogel" who is the only officer and director of the company. So there is nothing to do with the current VGTL stock from the old news you linked to. I've not found any bad news related to the New CEO yet!
