I think the SEC didn't suspend trading when Durante and thee others were arrested because they wanted scammed shareholders to have a chance to recover at least a small part of their losses.

But two years have passed since then, and presumably anyone who wanted to sell has already done so.

The delinquency issue remains a problem.
