You got it. So far only an LOI with the big red merger, but a little bird told me recently that it's a done deal this week or next. So once it's official that's when the 40 million plus revs becomes official and this will be in the pennies IMO.
Potential .20+ stock with our numbers. 18 million + assets. New acquisition brings in 12 million, and expands business. Should be a great month in July. :)
My opinion on why this is so cheap, and this is just my opinion: Trucking and machinery sector are not as flashy like tech and other sectors, is not something people are thinking about a trucking company as a major investing. But the new US administration changed all that and I believe btgi is a hidden gen. We will see that in he next few months and the years ahead.
