Took a starter here today. How is this so cheap?? (Real question) There has to be something so obvious that I'm just overlooking it...
Millions in realized rev, $40m projected (bringing them profitable), Big Red acquisition worth 12m, sale of assets (putting them in the black for the first quarter) and LAFC on the bid with a loading wall at 0062... (MM specializing in M&A)

What am I missing here??
