Stealth, Bourbon, I think most of us are for good old American entrepreneurship and Horatio Alger, and I applaud what Chris Missling and our BOD and SAB have done. I also don't advocate partnerships if they are not advantageous for us. Bourbon your math is a bit fuzzy and remember back some months ago when we postulated a target figure s $5B for only a percentage of the 2-73 profits in return for development, production, marketing and distribution. That would be an initial 2500% increase in our current share price and would allow ANAVEX to develop 3-71 and the other drugs in our pipeline totally in house. Your options as a company increase as your net worth increases!

Here is another important point to contemplate. We are still in a very delicate stage as a company. During this clinical stage any adverse event may cripple us. That could be a death or serious complication, drug related or otherwise, the investigation of which might set the trial process back months or even years. That danger is present as we work with fragile little children in the Rett trial of or fragile older participants with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. If you follow the biotech industry, you see this occurring often enough to understand the risk. The danger of losing your institutional investors is ever present at our stage of development.

Read back over my posts on this subject. My point is evident...I don't advocate partnership but, we must understand that progress will be slower and possibly more tenuous going it alone. And remember, although all three trials are planned, none of them are FDA approved and recruiting at this point. Think 2018.

Despite my realism, I am really LONG
