Differently yes !!! ...its a waiting process.

I defiantly say one thing this not about getting done with the FINS, otherwise no way SPCL can go on buying anything without have a balance sheet in place , its a simple logic. This doesn't exist.

They just need to be done with conversion . because once FINS are out there no way they can control the PPS value at current rate.
