...read that 2010 pleading (and I suggest reading the 2017 documentation of the Probate per the Expert Witnesses), it's all about 'who is responsible for the REPURCHASE OBLIGATIONS on the poorly underwritten mortgages in the series and tranches sold to security holders.

...that's why THEY are getting the NOTICES.

...and why NO WMI or WMILT former shareholders or escrow holders will get ANY NOTICE by the current predicted July date.
