Brick and mortar locations that have to compete with Amazon and the rest of the Internet are the ones that are hurting the most. Snakes is an entirely different category. They don't compete with Amazon... they make money off of Amazon. lol

People can make a cup of coffee at home for nothing, but they'd rather spend more buying at Starbucks, every day. Can't get Starbucks online.

People can own a copy of a movie for the cost of one person going out to a theater, but they would rather spend a significant amount more taking the whole family out to see it... and they keep making theaters bigger, not smaller, regardless of the growth of digital streaming.

Low cost SOCIAL entertainment is the one area that will the continue to expand imo, along with the population growth. Theres really not a lot of it out there... which is one of the reasons why bars and cafes are always so busy. They are often the only choice to meet up with friends and enjoy each others company.... Game cafes/bars just expand the entertainment factor.

Think about it, how many types of places are there for groups of people to go and enjoy being SOCIAL? Movies are not social, so remove that from the picture.

The expansion potential is massive

The number 1 thing developers are looking for are concepts that are more of an experience rather than just traditional restaurant or brick and mortar ...meaning S&L will be in high demand for years to come.

I know we would love them in our retail portfolio.
