What would you consider to be massive then? I think its awesome that we will have 2 public entities to be a part of.

IMO we have found a good CEO, which is the most important point of all... I'll be a part of anything he does until he proves otherwise. Let him spin off a dozen more subs! We wont need to trade other stocks. lol

I think AMFE gets that company if it isn't something on the level of Snakes And Lattes in potential.... In the PR, Roger said Interloc-Kings would take on a company THAT PARALLELS WITH SNAKES AND LATTES.

The only thing that makes me curious about this is dependant on what the company does... For example, MJ infused drinks... Would AMFE enter the MJ field (as in sales of MJ products) with GroZone on the table (almost like competing with those your trying to sell another product to)?

I guess nothing says Interloc-Kings couldn't get it... But that isn't the blockbuster plan I think Roger has in mind...

And worth noting AMFE has been discussing the infused drinks for awhile now from what I understand, before this spin off was a thought I believe, so that to me shows AMFE would consider taking on that form of business venture...

But PARALLEL to Snakes and Lattes is key to the company the Interloc-Kings spin off would aquire... But they can acquire more than 1 thing... And now perhaps they themselves can even dive into the MJ industry as in selling medical/recreational MJ and use their own GroZone system without "competing" with those they'd be selling the GroZone system to under a different company head...
