After all the petition losses & hearing loss there is no gain to delay this further. It's both futile & dangerous as at any time a competitor can come in and start a bidding war.
The delay will be the back & forth negotiations which may already be in progress for all we know.
My guess settlement is hashed out that satisfies all parties before September.
Our pps should start to trend up as the float gets locked by real investors and the word gets out on the potential here.
