Sure there is, wait til they have to pay. I have a large position here so trust me I want a quick settlement too. It's no slam dunk. Cisco makes a living stealing from the little guy. If they wanted to settle quick they would have done so. Expect this to take a while and be realistic. I'll be happy to be wrong but I just don't see it happening.

It will cost Cisco and IPX more to wait. They will settle soon enough. There is not a glimmer chance of a win. Why pay unnecessary lawyer fees
