...directly or indirectly.
...the court and the attorney's were apparently mortified that former shareholders of the holding company (that went bankrupt, clear the confirmed plan and is wrapping up) of the subject bank (for the repurchase obligations settlement agreement) that was seized by OTS and is in receivership (which is where the FDIC, JPM and DB (as trustee on behalf of the trusts and the trust owners (apparently mom and pop types)).
...the NOTICE the court alluded to was the 'end owners of the trust securities (secured by the mortgages sponsored (i.e., sold) by WMB).
...not a single thing or $ to do with escrows, WMILT, WMIH, etc. et al.
