You're saying that 9 years after Jpm purchased these assets they don't have control of them? It's just unbelievable.

EXDIMER - JPM did NOT buy the assets this has been disclosed in their statements. They bought servicing rights.

At start of the BK back in 2008 DB stated they where the trustee to a portfolio of 300 billion owned by Wamu. Do you think FDIC would just give that to JPM? NO! This has been gone over many times. Please read the documents.
