Jim, not to worry:

"He yanked TeeCee's chain and you tell me who won the battle?

Who left town?"

Mark my words, they will back. It's not a matter of if, it's when.

Same thing with the Nokia/IDCC arbitration. It will be settled, not a matter of if, just when (and how). In my opinion, IDCC will settle for pennies on the dollar again. It's the most logical conclusion based on the outcome of IDCC's other patent disputes going back the last 10 years. If you want any specifics I can dig some up.

JimLur, I cannot imagine that the "Powers above" who run the Ihub board cannot pull the plug on anyone they want. If there was a poster who constantly used foul language, they do have the ability to lock them up in jail.

If that poster continues to come back then they keep locking that person up. According to our guidelines, the guidelines of IDCC, Once continues to "harrass" our posters. In some cases posters are made to become upset. Once maynot agree that he is harassing the poster, or posters.. but that is the way the poster feels, the description the poster comes away with after interacting with 'Once... and we have heard it from more than one or many people over time so they must feel harrassed.

This goes back over many years now that I have been with IDCC, continued on the 1st RB board... in fact was the motivation that you had to come up with a second board at RB, where you had the power to remove whom you felt necessary. Q?: Why did you ban Once from the RB board? He was pulling your chain too Jimlur.

Anyway, if it was for just one possibility, the power to remove on your part... this board would all still be one board.

Why cannot Matt lock him up based on the "our guidelines of IDCC" rather than his own guidelines set for iHub?

Long IDCC,

Joe
