I can't answer your question. All I can say is I've played by the rules over the years and done my best to provide a decent place for discussion.

I think I had a pretty good success rate over the years in attracting the very best and qualified people to comment on our investment in IDCC.

It’s not the Wall Street people that create interest here because they don’t have a clue about this complex technology but it’s the people than can provide industry knowledge that made my threads work.

Because of the many pissing matches Corpgold has chose not to waste his time and on the legal trail JayKay as well as Brokentrade has also faded.

Once this thread dies I will be gone too which is no big loss but I guarantee you will see a lot less of qualified opinions.

Dumpter, "our guidelines of IDCC" . Please. Why not advise everyone to just bury their head in the sand? The only 'crime' Once has committed is that of not always agreeing with the cheerleaders here. I do not agree with everything he says but it IS rational discussion. He does provide some element of balance. He has previously said that ERICY result would be far less than what most expected and has now predicted a NOK settlement or outcome at less than $100+ MM as management has announced. What will you say if that actually does happen? Afterall, it seems to be the demonstrated historical result with virtually all IDCC's dealings. ERICY, Seimens, NEC, ATT still a licensee but no revenues...others can produce a greater list than me where the company has FAILED to fully realize its potential. If and/or when he is wrong I am sure 2 things will happen: 1. Most of the Once-haters will try to rub his face in it and 2. He will probably be man enough to admit he was wrong. To all Once-haters: GET A LIFE. Failing that, please provide links where he has attacked someone on a personal level or said something so heanous as to draw this ire from so many. Because he is a nay-sayer? Maybe a short? Instead of proving yourselves to be complete asses, capitalize on his discussion and engage him in rational discussion. You may even learn something - that is if you can even remotely become objective with his comments.

Other issues/questions: As I recall, the IFX deal is now 2-3 years old. What is going on there? Will anything? Why is it never discussed in the CC? Wherew are the sales/revenues? Or did I just miss all the dialogue?
