No matter how many times you say otherwise, you cannot verify that the company has gagged the TA. The TA says otherwise. And they provide a very good reason: Shareholders can lie about the numbers.
I do agree that it would be good if TAs publish their numbers every day so that nobody ever has to call and ask. But things are what they are and wishing otherwise won't change it. But, I do not think it is logical or accurate or fair to assume that all companies that do not have TAs that do that are scams. That of course would be just about every company in the world.
