Note - I'm windows not apple so if your apple we need an apple equivalent .... and maybe abc1212 knows of one ..... or somebody else ....

In advance - create a directory called Graphics - or whatever Don't know the apple equivalent .....

a) Create dummy ws with some numbers
b) Grab the range with a copy - launch irfanview - and do a paste off of the EDIT MENU
Then do a saveas off of the file menu.
Lets call the save file G1 ... for future reference below
I always set the graph to 100% because ... no reason ....

From your browser - goto IH -
From their TOOLS menu goto MORE TOOLS -> MY IMAGE GALLERY
There are 2 steps -
Click on CHOOSE FILE - it will point to YOUR hard drive - and wiggle your way to the directory that you save your G1 file in. It will grab it but NOT upload it ..
Then click the UPLOAD button .... it will bring the file into IH in the context of your user name only ....
Once uploaded there will be a picture of it (small) and two url handles ....

Bring up a second browser window goto IH
Post to yourself or me ......
a) Post YADA YADA YADA
b) Goto the 1st browser window and grab the DIRECT LINK URL
c)highlight the DIRECT LINK URL with your cursor
PASTE IT INTO YOUR POST ....
and click on the IMAGE button that is to the left of your current post
d) then click PREVIEW and see how you did ....
rinse and repeat till you get comfortable ....
