Yet the last quarterly report (period ending 3/31/17) states that he owns exactly 61,000,000 shares of common stock. Could the 15,981,319 from 2009 have been converted into another class of stock?

Thank you. And correct, changes are done on form 4s. Only initial positions on 3's.

I went they the 88 filings and there are 3 that are form 3's for 3 different people. One for 100,000 to CFO in 2009, 5M for someone else, and the 16 M to Rich as you stated. There have been no form 4 filings since, so they must still exist.

But getting back to the original premise when I asked, does Rich own any? It's clear that he only owns 16M, not the 60 M that obviously must have been returned to company treasury and either cancelled or re-issued to retail holders.

My original inquiry was to see if Rich had any stake in the and the answer is yes, unless he sold his and never reported on form 4, a pretty unlikely scenario, since I'm sure he wants to remain in business and even if he were a scammer, he would never be that obvious about it.
