Yep, the latest quarterly report shows on page 10 that Rich owns 61 million common shares, as you say:

It turns out that the 15,981,319 shares that Rich had from 2009 would have been reduced to 1,598,131 shares after the 1 for 10 split in 2014, so everything adds up but 598,131 shares.

If I have time, I will go through some old filings to determine where the above 598k shares went.
