Having an & in the middle of your ticker is as dumb as a # at the end of it.

JBZH9# is now the name to watch for, not JB&ZJMY

There may be confusion somewhere here. JBZH (the 9# is considered a placeholder apparently) has been previously believed to be the ticker. JB&ZJMY was the confirmed company name attached to the new cusip number and Wyoming SOS. Maybe the rep you talked to was confused? Because JBZH as a name makes no sense. I think that JBZH is their anticipated ticker and the name will be JB&ZJMY holding co, but only time will tell.

JB&ZJMY doesn't make any sense for a "ticker".
JBZH9#, 9# as just a "place holder" until it becomes
official does.

Sounds like other brokerages using the same "9#"
that, it's already in their system & just waiting an official confirmation on a NEW "ticker"= JBZH.

If "the initial name change filing has failed",
If "the initial filing wasnt accepted",
Two conflicting statements about two completely different things.

The Scott rep is the confused one if they believe a ticker of=
JB&ZJMY is acceptable.
