I have certifiable news!

I spoke to my brokerage, Scottrade, over the phone just now. They would not give me an advisement date (when DOLV or FINRA tells the brokerages we'd like to change our name), but they did tell me the ticker name is no longer going to be changed to JB&ZJMY.

Scottrade said they have the request as DOLV > JBZH9#. I had seen a couple anecdotal posts about it earlier today, but I can confirm JBZH9# is now the name to watch for, not JB&ZJMY.

The kicker here is when I asked the ST Rep why the previous ST conversation told me JB&ZJMY instead of now JBZH9# - does that mean they changed their mind on thr name or the initial filing wasnt accepted - he said he didnt know but those would be very well educated guesses.
