First, where do you think those electric cars get their power from? Coal powered electric plants.

Second, normal people are certainly not going to be pleased with that 7 hour trip turning into a 13 hour venture with those 45 minute to an hour charging stations. Maybe the haughty rich will think it is cool, but that will where off in the long run.

Tesla has been losing big time money since it started and finally had a profit at the end of last year with accounting tricks and California credits. Other car companies do not sell many of their cars. It will be a long, long time before electric cars take over the automotive industry.

Do you think cargo,tanker,cruise ships,stationary diesel generators,class 8 trucks,and cars in other countries will also run on batteries? I don't think so. Wake up.
