"7 hr car trip to 13 hr with electric car" doesn't sound compelling when one can save money and environmental damage by GHG.

Think about when Tesla came to market before few years when everyone thought it will be a failure and see where they are, their path towards tremendous growth is unstoppable. Along with them, other OEM also developing electric cars.

In 10 years, no new production of gas/diesel vehicles and those on the road will be asked to scrap.

Time is of essence and its running out soon.
