If the defendants are happy with the number then we know what will happen shortly after.


If they play hard ass then once the IPR is done then they will pay even more I believe!

I think SFOR probably over shot the numbers with expectations that defendants will counteroffer, no matter WHAT SFOR's offer was. So I personally don't think we will see anything on this first round. That being said, we could be very close and we don't know what goes on behind closed doors. A number could already be reached and this could be just a formality and paperwork. Gemalto might put up a bit of a fight, but it really is in Vasco's best interest to not drag this out. I'm sure all ALL defendants eyes are watching to see the results.....
