Remember it has been said that we may see one settlement before we see others. I believe that not all defendants may be in as much of a hurry as other(s) to settle. It could be very easy that one or more of them say ok enough is enough let's just settle this and move on.
Since SFOR has 7 infringers, one settlement amount will give others to play around with those #s. IMO Ropes & Gray are playing carefully to get the maximum damages from all & not just one.
