It is my opinion, that you have hit the head on the nail here with $QSIM. This is huge. Just what we were hoping was an asset sale and a potential, MERGER or acquisition with another operating company.
Asset sale to Vivakor: . Vivakor is purchasing equipment and patents, and then there is this: "The third resolution is to grant authority to the Registrant’s board to pursue a merger with, sale to, or acquisition of another operating company." A merger would also explain the A/S resolution.
