Agreed, I'm also very interested in Vivakor. Vivakor is purchasing equipment and patents, and then there is this: "The third resolution is to grant authority to the Registrant’s board to pursue a merger with, sale to, or acquisition of another operating company." A merger would also explain the A/S resolution.
