O/S is always related to the revenues and succes of the company. They said they wanted to attack the market agressivly. That will give another outcome. One of the posts predicted revenues of $21 Billion in 2020 (with a question mark). In fact this is the kind of market they agressivly want to attack and what is 100M shares if everyone on the world is going to start buying?

There are also hundreds of drug companies that have diluted way more than 400 mm to process late stage trials /etc..
