Not saying it isnt a potential miracle drug. Explain how similar companies with similar "miracle drugs" can keep dilution way below what has happened here in the last year? Share count has grown almost twice from the end of 3Q 2016 to now- only 8 months. Lets look at the real growth companies as an example:

AXIM- 52MM O/S
OWCP- 145MM (33MM in court for reversal)
TBPMF- 113MM
CRBP- 50MM
CNBX- 115MM
GWPH- 25MM!!!!!
INSY- 72MM
IMLFF- 113MM

These companies all have good products in development, like VDRM, and only GW is shipping anything of note. You can argue the the "miracle drug" aspect of VDRM until the cows come home-thats not the point. You can abuse me all you want, facts do not lie- this company has way too many shares out in comparison to similar companies and they have said it will get worse this fall. I hope you understand the basic point- more shares out- less money for you. BTW, your example- EAPH- has almost a billion shares out, and they are going nowhere in SP. Hope that doesnt happen here, but this is the no BS zone, so will point it out along the way. Most of the posters here are a bit glassy-eyed that all is well, there are issues that need to be addressed, right now that is dilution and distribution. Dont get me started on distribution.
