Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but the patent that ACS has agreed to buy is not among the ones being (allegedly) infringed. So why would there be any litigation hold on that patent if it's not being directly contested in any of the current suits?

The purchase agreement has nothing to do with the OOBA (COBAS) lawsuits. If this is what you are referring to.

The ASC deal is for the MT and GID patents only. There may be possible infringers as listed at the bottom of the APA.

Kay made it clear that ASC will most likely (I'm not sure why) pay prior to the 2020 date.

You need to clear your DD... ProtecID patent is not for sell and that one is OOBA and that one is the one we are fighting in court and that one is the one that worth billions $.
