CyberSafety inc cannot pay the $9mill until SFOR is done using their ownership for infringement reasons. Once the purchase agreement is executed, the ownership will change with the USPTO, nullifying SFOR's ownership use in lawsuits. It will be interesting to see what happens after the settlements/court cases are complete. I believe 2020 will be the target date for selling SFOR with it's COBRA patent, which emcompasses MFA. If SFOR is solvent in 2020, look for microsoft to possibly execute a "first right of refusal" and purchase SFOR. They are not going to buy a penny stock company. It will also be interesting to see the pps in 2020. Blank Rome and Ropes&Gray are not in the business of representing failed companies. Their track record makes that very clear. ;^)
