It sounds like he has set up ICNB to be his operating cash. I hope that isn't the case, but it doesn't sound like he cares about shareholders beyond getting their money to pay his salary and expenses.

I would move very cautiously here cause if that is do, you'll never see audited fins or an uplift, just erosion, slow but sure to $.0001 then an RS and slowly back to $.0001 again.

I'm not sure I trust him now.

Still a long time away before we see how this plays out, however, based on my discussions with Rich I am comfortable that he is not trying to get rich at the expense of ICNB shareholders...I have many reasons to believe he's been backed into some corners, made some not so great deals to get the brand off the ground and once he did that, found out he has a brand being welcomed with open arms by the industry

Toxic debt financiers currently own 40% of the outstanding...approx. 600 million and don't have the ability to dump (10% of daily volume) if Rich was to screw everyone, they'd be getting screwed too and I doubt they'd agree to those sale restrictions without knowing what the plan for the next 6 to 12 months is as far as full consolidation, share structure and corporate governance
