The only prerequisite to understanding this simplest of concepts is a little common sense. If people wish to trade the INCB ticker, they should. But it would be extremely unwise for anyone not to hold a core position for long term at this time.

Toxic debt financiers currently own 40% of the outstanding...approx. 600 million and don't have the ability to dump (10% of daily volume) if Rich was to screw everyone, they'd be getting screwed too and I doubt they'd agree to those sale restrictions without knowing what the plan for the next 6 to 12 months is as far as full consolidation, share structure and corporate governance

I think it is just swell if Rich has given the debt holders a glimpse into the future. Perhaps the next time that he updates them on what "the plan for the next 6 to 12 months is as far as full consolidation, share structure and corporate governance," perhaps he could add one additional line:
