Ok then, that means he has to do twice the business for the stock valuation to be the same as it would be if ICNB owned all. Hence, all my previous valuations are based the mkt Cap = 2XSales. It should have been 1XSales.
The price it is selling for doesn't change, but what it should sell for is now half what I thought it should be whether looking to the future or the present. Hence, whatever you think it should be, say $.10, just became $.05 because you only own half the company.
