Yes, he's using your money and doesn't have to pay interest. Have you considered that all the debt was laid on 51% owners? Why did the other 49% share in it? They benefit, too, don't they?

Sorry I'm sounding more skeptical, but this 51% ownership thing is new territory for me. Things are usually bad enough, but now toss in this nuance. 51% ownership of the company and 100% ownership of it's liabilities. Something is wrong about that.

Yes the interest on the debt has stopped for 100% of a company you own half of. What was that interest rate...10% maybe? What is the %increase in shares from 866M to almost 1.5B...90%? So you as half owner get to pay 90% interest to avoid 10%? Or is it only avoiding 10% fir the 49% owners.

Does this make any sense?

This is very true. Debt is under control and revenue is growing.

It's not that hard to see where your money should be going if you're playing the otc in 2017.
