Agreed. Although I'd argue Arizona isn't the best place to have a location. At this point I think it's a very niche idea and would likely only work well in a handful of places, namely Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta....... maybe a couple more I can't think of right now. It has to be the right gun-loving crowd, in a big enough city, with a "get out and do things routinely" mentality.

Not sure why some people are expecting a fat return on MR before the first full year or longer. A very successful restaurant takes 2 years to pay back its initial investment; a typical one takes 4-5 years.

I think MR is doing just fine when you consider what they are doing has never been done before.

Virtra is already receiving royalties, and any equipment they sell to MR they get cost plus a little extra. Not losing money on it.

I sure wish they would do one over here. I'm not a gun owner but I'd like to visit just for the sheer excitement of seeing what all the fuss is about.
