Why would BLVD know more about any of that than AMS presumably does?

No license will be granted to a facility that still has a dirt floor much less no cleanable interior walls, fixtures, grow lights, processing areas etc. IMO millions will likely be needed to do all that BEFORE a license to grow is granted. Even then they must go through TWO "grow cycles" and --presumably have their MMJ products inspected and certified safe and effective-- before they're granted permission to sell.

Meanwhile here's a list of "Licensed Medical Marijuana Producers in Canada" https://lift.co/producers

And here's a map showing all licences issued by Health Canada under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR). Only producers who are authorized to produce and sell to the public may sell or provide dried marijuana, fresh marijuana, cannabis oil, or starting materials to eligible persons. There are 44 total.. 26 of which are in Ontario where AMS is. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/list-eng.php

IMO this might explain why AMS is receptive to being acquired by a sub-penny stock headed by a guy who has never run a public company before and whose bio says nothing about being an MJ expert. https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshalper/
