It's not going to happen unless CEO Tony Miller lifts the restriction on my 1,200,000 shares to make them tradable. I can't sell them due to him.

I know I'm not alone in this regard.

Beware, people--- it's a lot of bull---all this phony promotion tells me Tony has some cronies right here, hoping to drive the share price higher so they can make a penny or two on YOUR backs. These folks may be even more self-centered than Tony! They buy sharers and then promote the heck out of USEI, lusting for the moment when they can sell off and make a penny.....a whole penny leaving a "hole" in your investment package.

This is not an investable opportunity---there's no business, no earnings statements, not even a failed history! This is not how publicly traded companies operate. Everything here points towards disaster.
