Well said - I'm not an expert and it's tough to say if it's legit

I will say i looked through some of the judges other suits, and they were handled pretty quickly.

However, UOIP's suit, by the fact that it has a lot of activity and is drawing out, makes me think it is legit.

I saw depositions, as well as a trial scheduling date set for august.
